Safety program at Wayne's Welding Service, Monahans, TX

Wayne�s Welding service utilizes a safety program which teaches our employees to perform their designated jobs in a safe and efficient manner.

Wayne's Welding Service keeps up to date on all safety features by using a program that requires us to attend monthly safety meetings. Our supervisors also have a "tail-gate" safety meeting with their crews daily detailing what needs to be done for the day and the safest way possible to accomplish the task.

All new hire employees are placed on a 90 probationary period as part of their training.
This allows our employees to learn fundamental safety practices from day one.
